We stand by the quality of the products we offer, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. This is why we have created a clear and transparent Refund & Return Policy to protect your interests and ensure that shopping with us is always safe and reliable.

This document explains the terms, eligibility, process, and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges of products purchased on our platform. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original tags, packaging, accessories, manuals, or promotional items.
  • The request for return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (such as invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Products:

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

  • Personal care, grooming, or cosmetic items
  • Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear, and other intimate wear
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or beverages
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and downloadable digital products

2. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at support@shopifyyx.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you the return approval along with the return address and guidelines.
  3. Pack & Ship: Safely repack the product in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  4. Inspection: Once the item is received, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  5. Refund/Exchange: If approved, we will process your refund, issue store credit, or arrange an exchange as per your request.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are typically issued via the original payment method used at checkout. Timelines may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Digital Wallets/UPI/Net Banking: 3–7 business days
  • PayPal/International Payments: 7–14 business days

Important:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Cash-on-delivery handling fees (if applicable) are also non-refundable.
  • If the returned product fails inspection, no refund will be issued, and the product may be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if:

  • The product received is the wrong size, color, or variation.
  • The item is defective or damaged.

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Mention your preference (size, color, or replacement product) while submitting your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
  • If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopifyyx.shop.
  2. Provide your order details along with photos or videos as proof.
  3. Once verified, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We take such matters seriously and ensure a resolution at the earliest.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • If an order has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Once canceled within the valid time frame, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

7. Store Credit

As an alternative to refunds, customers may choose store credits that can be used on future purchases.

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
  • If unused within the validity period, the credits will expire.

8. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong product), customers must cover the cost of return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost parcels.
  • Shopifyyx.shop will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

9. Exceptions to Refunds

Refund or return requests may be declined under the following circumstances:

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or alterations by the customer.
  • The return request was made after the 14-day window.
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable.
  • Missing packaging, accessories, or freebies included with the original product.
